The centerpiece of the kit is the highly polished clipper, with a contoured handle lightweight enough for most hands. A side lever adjusts the cutting blade guide to five positions to tackle different hair lengths. This deluxe model features two operating options: plugged into a wall outlet with the included 6-1/2-foot power cord adapter, the clipper works immediately; or, after charging for 14 hours, the rechargeable batteries allow cordless use, handy for moving to a well-lighted spot in the center of the room. To ensure the kit suits a variety of hair styles, eight guide combs are provided, ranging from 1/8 to 1 inch in length, one each for both the right and the left ear.
